Responsibilities:

1. Extends polite and genial service to all customers.

2. The product is made sale-ready by following Floco Foods guidelines, which include cutting, weighing, and trimming where applicable.

3. Maintains the pricing structure, stock levels, and rotation process for frozen meats, prepared meats, and the fresh meat display.

4. Provides tailored services to cater to the individual needs of special guests, such as specialized cuts and slicing options.

5. Adheres to sanitation norms within the cooler, sales, and preparation spaces.

6. Preserves a standard of excellence by ensuring that fresh, top-quality products with accurate dates are always in stock.

7. Inform the supervisor about any failures in temperature regulation.

8. Make announcements over the PA system regarding discounted products in the meat department.

9. Provide assistance in the reception and storage of goods.

10. Any other tasks delegated by managerial staff.

Qualifications:

1. Amiable and extroverted character.

2. Proficiency in working amicably alongside others.

3. Has the capacity to occasionally raise 100 pounds and regularly handle 40 pounds.

4. Shown competence and enthusiasm in mastering diverse duties and technical demands within the role.

5. Communication prowess and adeptness in attending to guests are essential competencies in the service industry.

6. The minimum age requirement is 18 years old.

7. Proficiency required to work in a cold atmosphere.
