Responsibilities:
1. Maintain cleanliness and adhere to physical and food safety criteria (evaluated through internal and external audits and standards).
2. Support the Bluebird Kitchen/Deli/Bakery department hosts in attaining established performance standards by training, coaching, developing, and giving feedback.
3. Aid in the training, mentoring, growth, and provision of input to Assistant Manager roles in the Bluebird Kitchen/Deli/Bakery sector to ensure steadfast assistance and control of specific areas when the Bluebird Kitchen Manager is not present or on leave.
4. Guarantee that kitchen hosts provide guests with the appropriate level of service that complies with our defined Purpose, Priorities, and Service Standards.
5. Partner with departmental managers and teams across the store to optimize operations, decrease expenditures, and elevate the total profit margin.
