RETIREMENT
Responsibilities:
1. Conform to the company’s weekly sales plan in order to reach peak sales levels.
2. Meet the predetermined gross profit targets outlined by the Meat Merchandising Department.
3. Execute the preparation of necessary meat records in accordance with the requirements of the Accounting and Merchandising Departments.
4. Ensure adherence to all the organizational protocols associated with the weighing, valuation, packaging, and exhibition of items.
5. Transfer goods from trucks and manage the storage rooms in the back section.
6. Maintains coolers and freezers in compliance with guidelines.
7. In charge of managing inventory accountability.
8. Enhance sanitation practices, safe handling of food, security measures, safety protocols, and compliance with organizational guidelines.
9. Offer assistance to patrons and ensure strong customer rapport is maintained.
10. Engage in discussions with the Store Manager to evaluate meat operations and improve scheduling processes in order to achieve organizational objectives.
11. Responsible for managing the department's schedule.
12. Guarantees compliance with corporate norms within the department, as indicated by ALI audit evaluations.
13. Guarantees that direct subordinates have a grasp on the performance expectations, holds them answerable for attaining productivity benchmarks, and conducts frequent evaluations and feedback sessions (both continuous and yearly performance reviews).
14. Personally oversees the instruction and mentoring of staff in the department. Moreover, establishes a reservoir of potential by formulating and carrying out progression plans for all high-potential and capable individuals.

Qualifications:
