Responsibilities:
1. Managing Sales, Cash, and Invoice Transactions
Put together the weekly cash report and its supporting documents.
Preserve data pertaining to sales.
Follow through with processing invoices and transfers as required.
Complete beer and wine payment processing.
2. Cash-flow movements
Arrange the funds for depositing in the bank according to the prescribed rules.
Take charge of coordinating and monitoring tasks related to supporting cashiers, including retail verification, loan processing, and customer pick-ups
Adhere to company policy when approving and cashing payroll checks.
Confirm the completion of an exact daily cash audit.
Handle guests' needs by providing services like obtaining money orders, stamps, lottery tickets, and more.
Follow the established guidelines for processing dishonored checks.
3. Security measures in the cash office must be upheld at all times
c. Secure the cash office and ensure the protection of store funds.
Adhere to the standards of accountability concerning cashier tills.
Manage the inventory of supplies essential for the front end and cash office.
4. Assessments on how well cashiers and guest service clerks are performing their duties
Track and examine the Operator Activity Report for trends and patterns.
Execute surprise cashier till reviews, detailed tape assessments, and accuracy validations following the established protocol.
Ensure the front-end schedule is managed effectively to maintain consistent guest service levels throughout the day.
5. Fulfill guest requests promptly in order to comply with the No Noticeable Wait rule and ensure its consistent execution.
6. Execute all miscellaneous assignments provided by the higher authorities.
Qualifications:
1. Warm and affable character.
2. Competence in cooperating with colleagues.
3. Possess the capability to lift 25 pounds on occasion and 15 pounds regularly.
4. Capacity to grasp and follow written data and instructions effectively.
5. Familiarity with front end procedures.
6. Proficiency in supervising hosts, which includes fostering their learning and professional progress.
7. Exhibited competence and enthusiasm in mastering a range of tasks and technical prerequisites for the role.
8. The art of effective communication and superior guest service skills.
9. Individuals need to be at least 18 years old.
10. Aptitude for standing for an extended amount of time without sitting.

12. Competency in working with electronic devices.
