Responsibilities:

Maintain sanitation levels and uphold physical and food safety standards through monitoring by internal and external audits and meeting expectations.

2. Interact with visitors and hosts in a style that showcases BBs Biscuits and the Bluebird Kitchen, delivering service that adheres to our established Purpose, Priorities, and Service Standards.

3. Verify that each member of staff working in the BBs Biscuits area provides service that is entertaining, hospitable, and involving.

4. Engage with patrons by offering freshly prepared samples and utilizing suggestive selling methods.

5. Demonstrate top-notch hospitality firsthand continually.

6. Administer the department based on merchandising and operational protocols and initiatives.

7. Make certain that the merchandise for sale meets the quality criteria defined by Floco Foods.

8. Give advice, education, and assessments to aid BBs Biscuits hosts in reaching desired performance levels.

9. Fulfill duties associated with readying items for sale, managing stock levels, and providing customer support at BBs Biscuits and the Bluebird Kitchen/Deli/Bakery division.

10. Execute all supplementary assignments provided by management

Qualifications:

1. Warm, dynamic, and sociable character.

2. Must be willing to interact dynamically with guests and be ready to have a good time with them.

3. Openness to performing in public spaces and bringing focus to BBs Biscuits.

4. Skill in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

5. Aptitude for fostering positive relationships with colleagues.

6. Proficient in consistently lifting objects weighing 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

7. It is preferred that applicants have previous experience in baking biscuits.

8. Capability to interpret and grasp information and guidance presented in written form.

9. Proficiency in conveying information to team members in a clear and directive manner.

10. Shown proficiency in learning and mastering a range of tasks and technical prerequisites for the role.

11. Demonstrating strong communication, customer service, and sales acumen.

12. It is necessary to be at least 18 years old.

13. Aptitude to stoop, kneel, and get up for extended periods without difficulty.

14. Skill in effectively interacting with authorities and receiving their directives.
