Responsibilities

The Server's main duty entails providing respectful, prompt, and efficient service to every patron with a genuine, upbeat, and eager attitude. Responsibilities encompass order-taking, suggestive selling, serving alcohol in a responsible manner, bringing drinks and food using the collaborative delivery method, receiving payments, giving correct change, and overseeing all monetary transactions. Additionally, servers play a role in clearing, sanitizing, and preparing dining tables and aiding in the general cleanliness and upkeep of the dining area during the shift.

Qualifications

For a suitable candidate, it is essential to showcase excellent communication skills, a willingness to engage in teamwork, the capacity to lift 15-30 pounds, move quickly between the dining room and kitchen during working hours, and synchronize with our clientele, spanning relaxed lunches to bustling Saturday nights.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Must be capable of standing and engaging in rapid mobility for up to 6 hours consecutively.

2. It is important to possess a reliable sense of steadiness, as well as the capacity to stoop and maneuver rapidly in reaction to external stimuli.

3. The individual must demonstrate the capability to lift objects such as bus pans, trays, and containers of food or drinks that weigh a maximum of 30 pounds.
